Jim knew that his wife was getting bored staying at the house by herself while he was away on business. The problem was that he just did not know what to get her. However, he quickly found Jenny the parrot and decided that she would be a perfect match for his lovely wife. He never realize just how difficult Jenny would be on him.

Jenny would always go with them to every area store that they went to. The problem that he ran into was that she would frequently blurt out to Kim what they were looking at when Jenny saw her later on in the store. That made it very hard to shop for any type of present for Kim during any season.

One day though it was the worst ever. Jim had decided that he was going to get a mongoose mountain bike for Kim so she could get back in shape. The problem was that as soon as they got home Jenny decided that she was going to share what they had gotten with Kim.

As Jim sat down with a thud in the kitchen chair disappointed that Jenny had managed to ruin another surprise he remembered the pearl izumi shorts. Those shorts while not costing him much money was something that Jenny did not know about. So he jumped up happy and headed into the room with Kim. He handed her the bag and knew from the hug that he got that she was happy and surprised by the item that he gotten.

Jenny was not very happy when about him managing to sneak something past him and gave Jim a nasty look. Jim knew that he would have to do something though to sneak out of the house the next day. He walked out to his shop to think about what he could do that would allow him to get past her.

Jenny was taking a nap on her perch the next couple of days and Jim knew that he could sneak by her. Today was really going to be special because he was heading down to the store to get a complete surprised for Kim and Jenny and that was some custom made diamondback bikes.

When he walked back into the house an hour later Jenny was talking to Kim about him sneaking out. Kim smiled knowing that Jenny was not happy that he had managed to give her the slip. However, when she went out to the truck later on she was happy because he had built a special perch on the new items so she could come with them all the time now.
